Grievance Redressal
The following procedure shall be followed for registering your complaint with us
Level 1:- All the clients having complaint regarding any service or otherwise shall reach us on our WhatsApp at new number : +918904792292 (old Inactive number :+918884408009) or write a mail at support@vvinfine.com. To ensure timely recording and recognition of the grievance, the respective department shall revert w.r.t redressal of such complaint in 7 business days.
Level 2:-If the client still wants to escalate the complaint, he/she can approach (Compliance Team) at support@vvinfine.com. We shall ensure to resolve the redressal with in 7 business days.
Level 3:- If the client still wants to escalate the complaint, he/she can approach grievance@vvinfine.com. Grievance Team being the decision making authority would be able to resolve the redressal in 7 business days.
Please note that in case client marks a copy of mail to all the levels, it will not be considered as escalated matter, it shall in any case start from level 1 and only in case of a separate mail after expiration or reply from the previous level shall the complaint be considered at next level.
